Joseph Borrelli has been playing, writing and recording professionally for many years. He was the lead singer of "Uproar" which toured the country in support of their single "Driftin' Away" which was a Billboard recommended single pick and received radio airplay across the USA charting in the "Top 100." Joe's band "The Patriots" was signed with British Label "Bam Caruso," their debut album "Pharaoh's Land" received strong airplay on college radio and is rated the 148th best power pop record of all time in "Shake Some Action: The Ultimate Power Pop Guide" and was given 3 stars by Philadelphia Inquirer Music Critic, Ken Tucker. Joe has performed live on numerous radio shows including WYSP Philadelphia, WNOE New Orleans, and WVIA Home Grown with George Graham. He's opened for many major recording acts including the Greg Allman Band and New Rider's of the Purple Sage both in stadium settings.
Bass player/Songwriter Ian Mellanby, hails from Leeds, Yorkshire, England and played and recorded during the 80's and 90's in Europe and the UK with indie bands "The Word Association" and "Jack"...
Drummer Joe Dessereau hails from Brooklyn, NY and has toured and recorded with "American Ambulance" and "Electric Engine"....
Lead Guitarist Billy Meech Chase is a former member of the "Soul Survivors" and "The Mark Farner Band" and played on the 56 Men - Big Sky sessions.
56 Men also recently welcomed Charles Lawrence. Charles has played keyboards and sung with local bands “Red Evidence” and Philly legends “The Soul Survivors” and before that was a regular sideman with the 80’s rock bands “Cinderella”, Brett Michaels and “Poison” . Billy and Charles are currently rehearsing with 56 Men for upcoming live dates in the second half of 2012
